Camp EXEC is an interactive program where teen Girl Scouts
partner with executive women from Delaware companies to focus on
leadership development.
On June 15, 2005, 35 women interacted with girls at Country
Center, Hockessin, DE. Lisa Quadrini of Merrill Lynch was the
chair of the event. Some of the professional woman who have
participated in the past: Dian Taylor, Sandra Banks, Lynne
Howard, and Gina Mullen. There are frank discussions about what
it is to be a woman executive, how they got where they are now and what challenges they faced. |
The format of the day is a wide game format that includes team
building, budgeting -- both time and resources, and goal
setting.
