100 Years of Music and Movement

WHO: Girl Scout Brownies and Juniors

WHEN: March 24, 2012

WHERE: Newark Resource Center, Newark, DE

COST: $10 for current Girl Scouts, $12 for non-Girl Scouts.

 

NOTE: Ever wonder what music was cool when your mom, grandma or even great-grandma was your age? Experience popular music from each decade through dance! Have fun swing dancing, hand jiving, and moonwalking your way through music's past!

Girls Can Build Anything!

WHO:  Girl Scout Brownies
WHEN: Saturday, March 31, 10 a.m. – 12 p.m.

WHERE: Cambridge/Easton area, TBD

 

Discover the best shapes, materials and styles of different kinds of buildings and structures. We will have so much fun discovering the basics of engineering and physics! We will use toothpicks, Lego®, K’NEX, even newspaper! Let’s see how creative you can be. Some structures will be edible! Download registration form here. For questions, email program@cbgsc.org

Adventures With Teddy

WHO:  Girl Scout Daisies and Brownies
WHERE: Camp Sandy Pines

WHEN: Day Program: Saturday, April 14, 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Overnight Program: Friday, April 13, 7 p.m. to Sunday, April 15, 10 a.m.

COST: Day Program, $10 per participant, $20 for participants who are not yet in Scouting. Cost includes a patch. Overnight participants, $35. Cost includes four meals and a patch.
NOTE: When registering for the overnight program you must have a camp-trained adult attend the program with your group. Please follow Safety Activity Checkpoints and Girl/Adult ratios when registering. Friday’s dinner is not included in the cost. Min.: 15 day and 15 overnight, Max.: 50 day and 100 overnight.

 

Have you ever wanted to bring your favorite teddy bear to camp and have all the activities centered around just the two of you? Now you can! Enjoy fun-filled adventures made just for you and your special friend. Treasure hunting, stories and singing silly songs are just the beginning. People To People - France

WHO: Girl Scout Brownies, Juniors, Cadettes
WHEN: Friday, April 20, 6:30 p.m. – 8:30 p.m.
WHERE:  Newark Resource Center
COST:  $3 per girl. Cost includes a patch.

WHEN: Day Program: Saturday, April 21, 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Overnight Program: Friday, April 20, 7 p.m. to Sunday, April 22, 10 a.m.

COST: Day Program, $10 per participant, $20 for participants who are not yet in Scouting. Cost includes a patch. Overnight participants, $35. Cost includes four meals and a patch.

NOTE: When registering for the overnight program you must have a camp-trained adult attend the program with your group. Experience a wonderful world of fantasy. Wear costumes, make fun crafts, sing songs and tell fairy stories. Feel free to invite your friends to attend. You do not have to be a registered Scout to attend this event. Overnight guests will need to have an adult responsible for the girls. Download registration form here. COST: Day Program, $10 per participant, $20 for participants who are not yet in Scouting. Cost includes a patch. Overnight participants, $35. Cost includes four meals and a patch.
