The Annual Meeting is your opportunity to meet the Board of Directors, hear the State of the Council address by the President and CEO, and honor our volunteers and Girl Scouts who have achieved that most prestigious award - the Girl Scout Gold Award. The Annual Meeting is held every year in April.

2010 Annual Council Meeting

The Annual Meeting, held at the Modern Maturity Center in Dover, Delaware, is your opportunity to meet the Board of Directors, hear from the Board Chair and CEO, honor our volunteers and recognize Girl Scouts who have achieved that most prestigious award, The Girl Scout Gold Award. Volunteers and Girl Scouts are encouraged to attend!
Girls earning the Girl Scout Gold Award will receive their award at the Annual Council Meeting. Our Board of Directors is very excited about the opportunity to congratulate the girls and to hear about their wonderful projects. This will also give our delegates the chance to meet the girls and share the girls’ accomplishments with their Service Units. Service Units, in conjunction with recipients’ families, should also plan to honor girls on the local level. An invitation to the Annual Meeting will be to sent to all Gold Award recipients in March 2010. Click here to see the 2009 Gold Awardees.
